Quotation

Your initial quote will be provided in writing via email or whatsapp and is valid for 20 days from the date of the email or whatsapp.

Reservation

To secure your event, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. An additional 25%‬ deposit must be settled 60 days prior to the event date, bringing the total deposit to 50%.‬ This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. The remaining balance must be settled‬ no later than 2 weeks prior to the even

Changes of floral requirements

Changes or partial cancellations are permissible; however, the total order value must still adhere to a minimum of 70% of the originally agreed upon quotation. Strictly no changes within 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Flower availability

The quality and availability of flowers and foliage are contingent upon seasonal variations. We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties due to the unpredictable nature of seasonal changes influenced by weather patterns. Nevertheless, we are committed to making every possible effort to deliver the agreed-upon products or provide suitable substitutions of equal or higher value. Regardless of specific product availability, we will consistently adhere to the agreed colour palette and floral design style.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the event must be communicated in writing to enquiries@fiorearte.com, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. The applicable fees are as follows:
  • More than 180 days prior to the event - Fully refundable
  • Less than 180 days prior to the event - 25% of the total event cost
  • Less than 60 days prior to the event - 50% of the total event cost
  • Less than 30 days prior to the event - 100% of the total event cost
