Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At Fiore Arte, we strive to provide you with the freshest and most beautiful flowers to enhance your special moments. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations, returns and refunds. Please read our policy below for details on cancellations, returns and refunds for flower purchases.


Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations Made More Than 3 Days Before Delivery/Pick-up: Eligible for a full refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
  2. Cancellations Made Within 1–3 Days Before Delivery/Pick-up: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total order value.
  3. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Delivery/Pick-up: Strictly no refund will be provided.


Replacement or Refund Process:

To initiate a replacement or refund, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@fiorearte.com or (65) 8043 7258 within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Provide your order details with photos of the flowers and the reason for the replacement or return. Our customer support team will process for investigation.

 

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately. Delays may occur due to processing times by financial institutions.
