Delivery Area:

We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Singapore. Unfortunately, we do not provide international delivery at this time.

 

Surcharge Area:

Additional $10 delivery surcharge for Sentosa, Changi Airport, Changi Aviation Centre, Tuas, and Changi Airline House. 

 

Delivery Time Slots:

Monday to Saturday: 10am-3pm or 3pm-8pm
Sunday: 11am-3pm

 

Specific Delivery Time:

For specific delivery time requests (hourly basis), an additional charge of $10 applies.

 

Changes on Delivery Location:

Should there be any changes to the delivery location, kindly notify us at least 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery date. We regret to inform you that changes on the day of delivery cannot be accommodated.

 

Recipient Absence Policy:

We kindly advise customers to ensure recipient is available to receive the delivery. In the event that the recipient is not present at the delivery address, our delivery team will leave the floral arrangements outside the unit. Fiore Arte will not be held responsible for any losses or damages once the delivery has been made.

 

Self-Collection Option:

Opting for self-collection? Enjoy the convenience of picking up your floral arrangements free of charge at our store. We look forward to serving you at Fiore Arte and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our delivery policies.
