We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Singapore. Unfortunately, we do not provide international delivery at this time.
Delivery Time Slots:
Monday to Saturday: 10am-4pm or 4pm-9pm
Sunday: 11am-4pm
Specific Delivery Time:
For specific delivery time requests (hourly basis), an additional charge of $10 applies. Order through Whatsapp only.
Changes on Delivery Location:
Should there be any changes to the delivery location, kindly notify us at least 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery date. We regret to inform you that changes on the day of delivery cannot be accommodated.
Recipient Absence Policy:
We kindly advise customers to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. Our delivery team will wait up to 10 minutes upon arrival. If nobody answers the door or the recipient is not contactable, the floral arrangements will be left outside the unit. Fiore Arte will not be held responsible for any losses or damages once the delivery has been made.
For locations such as condominiums where our delivery team is unable to access the unit level (e.g. no entry access, no valid unit number, or recipient is unreachable), we will bring the flowers back. Please contact us to arrange for the next delivery, and redelivery fees will apply.
Wrong / Incomplete Address Policy:
Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. If a redelivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery fees will apply:
- Standard area: $12
- CBD area: $18
- Sentosa / Tuas / Changi Airport: $25
Self-Collection Option:
Opting for self-collection? Enjoy the convenience of picking up your floral arrangements free of charge at our store. We look forward to serving you at Fiore Arte and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our delivery policies.
